Hello and welcome to the official website of Ballet Afrique!

Ballet Afrique is a contemporary dance company based in Austin, Texas. Our endeavor is to ignite the black professional dance movement in Austin. We are excited to begin our venture into Austin’s rich arts community as we convey expressions of the cultures and experiences of the African Diaspora through professional dance.

Ballet Afrique appreciates the tremendous support from our community. We are relocating to the middle school campus of Texas Empowerment Academy. Our studio is housing our professional dance company as well as our youth dance academy, community classes, and summer dance classes.

Our young students had an awesome recital on Sunday, May 23! Thank you to all the parents, families, and friends who supported our recital.

We are currently enrolling students of all ages, races, sexual orientations, religions, and socio-economic backgrounds for Fall Schedule.
